You send us the property details. We come back within 24 hours with an honest view of whether it suits serviced accommodation and roughly what we could offer.

Viewing & proposal

We visit the property, check the layout and condition, and put a written proposal in front of you rent figure, term, and what we'd handle.

Due diligence & agreement

We confirm ownership at Land Registry, check lender and freeholder consent where needed, and sign a commercial management agreement. Not an AST.

Set-up & first payment

We furnish, photograph and list the property, then your fixed monthly rent begins, regardless of how full the calendar is.
