A UK serviced accommodation operator, built by two founders who answer the phone themselves.
Who we are
KeyringUK is a UK limited company (No. 17442670) set up to take on residential property on long-term commercial agreements and run it as fully-managed serviced accommodation. We are not a letting agent and we are not tenants, we are the operator, and we carry the risk.
Why we started
Most landlords are handed the same two options: an agent who takes a cut and still leaves you with voids, or tenants who leave you with the risk.
We built KeyringUK to offer a third: a business that pays you a fixed rent, maintains the property to a standard that guests will pay for, and gives you one accountable point of contact.
How we're different

The founders are the operators. You deal directly with us, not an account manager.

Our co-founders also run a London-based property investment company, so we understand the numbers from the owner's side of the table.

We are a member of a government-authorised property redress scheme and carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
Where we operate
We are currently taking on properties in Bedford and Cambridge, with plans to expand across the UK. If your property is elsewhere, get in touch anyway, we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
